Anthony slapped Shayla when Shayla said Kai is not your son.😱 Full Skit Below👇🏻

Scene: Late Evening. Living Room.

The house is quiet. A storm is brewing outside. Thunder rumbles in the distance. Anthony stands by the window, staring out, glass of whiskey in hand. Shayla enters the room slowly, holding a folded letter. She hesitates before speaking.

Shayla (softly):
Anthony... we need to talk.

Anthony (still facing the window):
That’s never a good opener. You say that when someone’s dead… or dying… or when you’re about to break my heart.
(Sips)
Which one is it tonight?

Shayla (walking closer, voice trembling):
Please don’t… don’t be like that. This isn’t easy for me.

Anthony (finally turning to face her):
Oh, now I’m worried. You never talk like this unless it’s serious. What is it? Something with Kai?

Shayla:
It is about Kai.

Anthony (suddenly alert):
Is he okay? Is he hurt? Sick?

Shayla:
No… no. He’s fine. He’s sleeping. This isn’t about that. It’s about… the truth. Something I should have told you a long time ago.

Anthony (growing uneasy):
You’re scaring me, Shayla. Just say it.

Shayla (tears forming):
He might not be yours, Anthony.

Anthony (eyes narrowing, voice drops):
What?

Shayla (louder, pleading):
Kai might not be your biological son.

Anthony (stunned):
What the hell are you talking about?

Shayla:
I didn’t know how to tell you. I didn’t even know for sure, not until recently. I—I made a mistake. A terrible, one-night mistake.

Anthony (face going cold):
When?

Shayla:
Back in August. The summer before I found out I was pregnant. You and I were… we were going through that rough patch. You left for a few days after the fight about your job, remember?

Anthony (nodding slowly):
Yeah. I remember. I left for three days. Are you telling me that in those three days—while we were falling apart—you ran to someone else?

Shayla (quietly):
It wasn’t like that. It was confusing. I was angry. Hurt. And... someone was there. I didn’t plan it. It just—happened.

Anthony (laughs bitterly):
It just happened. Of course it did. That's what they all say. Who?

Shayla (looks down, whispering):
Marcus.

Anthony (exploding):
Marcus?! Your ex?! Are you kidding me right now, Shayla?

Shayla (crying):
It was one time, Anthony! I thought we were done. I thought you weren’t coming back.

Anthony (clenching his fists):
So, what? You sleep with him, then I come home three days later, and we pretend nothing happened? And then you get pregnant—and you let me believe, for four damn years, that Kai was mine?

Shayla:
I didn’t know who the father was! I wanted it to be you. You were always the one I loved. And when Kai was born—he looked so much like you, Anthony. I convinced myself he was yours.

Anthony (quietly, deadly):
But you weren't sure.

Shayla (shakes her head):
No.

Anthony:
And you never told me. Not even once. Not even when I gave up that job offer in Seattle to stay here and raise him. Not even when I spent every night rocking him to sleep while you were recovering. Not even when I called him “my boy” every single day.

Shayla:
I was scared. I didn’t want to lose you. Or him. And I thought maybe… if I buried it deep enough, it would never come out.

Anthony (his voice cracks):
But it did come out.

Shayla (holding out the letter):
I did a paternity test last month. I needed to know the truth too. I… I haven’t opened it.

Anthony (stares at the envelope, doesn’t take it):
So you want me to open it? After all this?

Shayla:
I can’t do it alone. I don’t want to do this without you. You’re his father, Anthony… whether that test says it or not.

Anthony (firmly):
No. Don’t do that. Don’t try to soften it now. Let’s not pretend DNA doesn’t matter—because it does. You lied to me. You robbed me of the truth.

Shayla:
I know. And I’m sorry. But what we have—what you and Kai have—is real. Please don’t let a piece of paper destroy everything we built.

Anthony (long silence, then softly):
You already destroyed it, Shayla.

Shayla (crying harder):
I love you. I love our family. Please don’t walk away.

Anthony (turns back to the window):
I don’t even know who I am right now. Or who he is. Or what any of this means.
(Sighs)
I need time.

Shayla:
Anthony…

Anthony (not turning around):
Keep the letter. For now. I’m not ready to know.

Shayla:
So what do we do?

Anthony (walking toward the door):
I don’t know. But for the first time in four years… I’m not sure I belong in this house.

Door closes. Shayla collapses to the floor, sobbing, still clutching the unopened envelope. Outside, the storm finally breaks.
